General Information

Prelude Academy of Music was set up, in Bintulu, by Mr Yap Ling in 1994. Initially, it was a centre for piano and violin learning. Currently, it provides many music courses which include piano (both classical and pop), classical and acoustic guitar, string instrument (violin, viola, cello and double bass), woodwind instrument (flute, clarinet and saxophone), brass instrument (trumpet) and vocal.
The school is currently owned and run by Mdm Grace Lee, Yap Ling's wife. Prelude Academy of Music is a sister company of Prelude Music (KK).
